Maybe, but don't forget that not every cactus's juice is drinkable, as some of them contain psychoactive agents: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cactus#Uses

Of course, it can be drank when it's necessary to avoid death by thirst, but there's a risk to "loose mind" then :)
