The One that Reeks of Blood.

"There was poverty and hatred then, too - even in that perfect, beautiful Metamoor before my rule. In fact... it was in one of those pits of depravity and cannibalism that I found you, wasn't it? You were so young, yet you wore the stench of blood like a cloak. What a sight you were, picking through gore and bodies on the street looking for a meal. You were the one that reeked of death. Do you remember, Cedric?"

Holee. X_x All I can say about this. It took me three freaking days, but it's done now. Usually I use a reference for the background, but this time it was all done from scratch, and it was painful. So, this is a scene from a fanfiction I'm writing, about Cedric's ascension to his powerful position. Basically, this is before Phobos took over the throne, which is why everything is all happy-special and he's wearing a circlet rather that that crazy crown thing he wears in the anime.
