This is a parody of a poster of a film or advert, which features characters from the Super Mario franchise. This uses the film grain effect to perfection for the lettering, mimicking a poster of The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly, to my personal excpectations.<br />
So the film is called The Plumber, The Princess, and The Bully, and will featured Mario, Peach, and his "bully", Wario.<br />
The text for the title is based on the lettering used for a UK DVD release of the film, while the poster mocks Le Bon Le Brute Le Traud, which sounds like the French version of the classic western.<br />
