A very wierd looking Hiei. Yes, he has no skin color, but that's cause I was afraid to color him^^' I didn't want to mess him up. This picture looks a lot better in person, but it's not half bad. Probably my best Hiei I've drawn. Oh, and that thing in his mouth is a lolipop!(hence the title!
