Liz is the seed shop owner in Harvest Moon: Magical Melody. She rarely comes outside, so you have to go inside the shop to talk to her.

liz is cool like your pic!! but the only thing i DON'T like about that game is that every time you meet someone EVERY TIME i just HAS to be an event why cant you just talk to them? and then they say "oh hello my name is so-and-so blah blah blah"
