XD it's cute! Her legs should probably be a little thicker and I like the way you did her arms. The folds and shading are pretty gewd and you draw feet better than I do, I don't even attempt to do toes XD. It's not quite chibiish though other than the head is larger, which is still fun ^^ I've drawn chibis like that. Mainly it involves superdeformed limbes and stuff, but who's a chibi expert? hehe... great job with the colored penciling, I hate colored pencils XD!
