Wao, you actually know the guy that made Yu-Gi-Oh? XDD! I like the way you did the legs and the dress. The hands and structure and everything else look realy good! hehe... there's a little XD on her outfit. The only thing I would change is the size of the head. It's a bit big, but I have the same problem, so I don't really have any tips for you, sorry. Actually, the background looks great! It has a lot of ummm... I forgot the word.
