This is my new OC for LOTR >w< Whee~!
Name: Tiathil Moonsnow
Age: Unknown
Birthday: Believed to be January 15th
Race: Elf
Eye color: Ice-Blue
Hair Light blue and almost to knees
Rank in society: Queen
Personality: Rather laid back, caring, understanding, sympathetic, empathetic, unforgiving in certain situations.
Other: She is the the Queen of the Ice Elves that are found in the mountains. She prefers just to be called by her first name, and she doesn't mind being called "Tia" either. She is a magic user, mainly concentrating on ice and water centered spells and incantations. She is also a healer, and knows how to use a bow despite her status.
=D Yay? I used a slightly different coloring style this time, and I was too damn lazy to actually redo the lineart in photoshop this time. >_<;
