Lovely, innocent expression. However, if I may make some constructive critisism?

In the eyes and rest of the picture, the white lines (or the areas without color, really) bring down the quality of the pic. The hair, in the areas that are under or behind the head or other parts of the hair, could be a darker shade of white, maybe?
The background, ah. So many people don't put in backgrounds--myself included! The background you chose is really cool, but doesn't fit with the 'innocent' theme. Something a little paler, maybe softer, if you get what I mean? All of the activity in the background just doesn't go.
