Choo, the Water Gun Master, from One Piece. Part of Arlong's Pirates. My brother got a collection of One Piece Cards, and Choo was there. Not my fav character, i dont know why i drew him..XD But the fight between Luffy's Crew and Arlong's is my fav. Forgive the sloppiness of Arlong's pirate symbol..hope to color.
