Crack entry for a Valentine's Day contest over on DeviantART. 
Because it's been ages and ages since I've drawn them, or anyone from FE7, for that matter. Plus, it was too silly to resist. If you can't read the dialogue, it says- 
Guy: I'll KILL you for this, Matthew. 
Matthew: And a Happy Valentine's Day to you too, Guy. 
I suppose Matthew cashed in one of his favors. ^^

Lol, I'm such an idiot. I'm really enjoying this. And is Guy supposed to be a French maid, or something? The coloring is really cute, too! (You say: How can coloring be...cute? o_o) The colors suit this picture purr-fectly. ;3
