I dont really know if its a quick sketch or high quality finished work so i just put down quick sketch.... coz it only took like an hour. and then i decided to colour it in the next day coz i was bored. but yeah. its my sailor moon character. and i couldnt think of a name for her so i just called her Sailor Nothing. this is my first entry thing on this site. so please comment and stuff...oh and the colouring is like metallic gel pen things and colouring pencils...and black pen for the outlines
