The shading looks a little mechanical and overall it's a bit stiff. More of a line drawing than done in value. Hairlines, unfortunately, my friend, do not look like that. You need a bit more detail with the hair, the left eye looks like it's looking up...and it's slightly large, rather misshapen. I'm guessing you worked on the right eye first?

Anyway, I don't want to get too nitpicky right now.
So overall, focus on making those lines disappear!
