NightDragon Shateal

OC dragon Shateal. It's a 'she' and well, she's a "seer" dragon when she's in her human form. I did the original sketch during Art because it was our last day in Art because my entire school will moving to a new school (Don't ask it's kinda complicated) so that's how dragon Shateal was born =D I'll post in Shateal when she's in her human form if I can be bothered.

I may not be as good as Dracoanimegurl but i try my best at drawing dragons.
