Hallow Sprite

My FIRST scribble-winged doodle....the one that started it all! See, I had this awesome dream where there was this "clan"(flock) of awesome four-winged angels in awesome anime-garb....and so I started drawing things with wings again! ^______~

This began as just a doodle of the kind of wings those angels had, then kinda transformed into a "drawing" whilst I may have been only "doodling". :P
I think she's pretty. :)


FYI: I use THREE kinds of pencils, and THREE kinds of eracers when I draw. First, I scetch with a normal #2 pencil. Next, I refine with a #2 .7mm mech pencil and an eracer. Then after that, I use my handy-dandy #2 .5mm mech pencil to either a; refine my lines /even further/, b; darken a VERY FEW SELECT already-existing lines so that the picture is better ballenced, or c; apply completely new smaller details. The eracers I use are: a normal large school eracer, a smaller pencil-top-refiller eracer for really small stuff, and a kneedable/"ignius" eracer (those ones that change shape and aren't supposed to leave eracerdust) that actually does /most/ of the eracing, and that I also use to keep the paper free of fingerprints and pencil-smudgies! :D

Y am I telling you this?
Cause no one told me when I need to know, and persoanally I find these six things SO handy to have. (paper is a given e_e) So, just incase there's a wandering soul out there who can benefit from this advice, LET 'EM HAVE IT! :-)

Try to find the different trypes of lines in this picture, and you'll see what I'm talking about, about the difference they make. ;-)

.5mm mech pencil = very thin; very dark, almost black; really REALLY sharp looking.
.7mm mech pencil = medium dark to light medium dark; softer edges; rather clean; majority.
normal wooden school pencil = thick, light, sketchy lines; minority; burried somewhere underneath all those OTHER lines. Most of these actually didn't survive the scanning/CG-cleaning process. 0_o
