DANG I made this a long time ago! 0_o

The clip is your regular silver necklace clasp... The braid - unraveled string I braided myself... The star itself is a cheap plastic bead I painted (bright yellow bead w/ hot-pink, black, and blue paint) literally via toothpick. And, alas, the blue/"feather"-part-thing is a wavy strand of unraveled blue yarn. ^_x
