That is a really haunting, penetrating stare. O_O That style of drawing takes a long time. X_X Though I haven't seen the game before, this looks like if could be a frame from a video game. :)

Nice drawing of Jennifer! I can't draw realistic at all@_@ You did such a good job at it and esp. being on the comp. HAHA! I love the game and their silly bad guys.xD

Yes it is hard especially when you have a old mouse like mine that sometimes goes in the opposite direction of where you want it to go lol. Anyway this is really really good, excellent work on the shading and the hair!
