OC Adoptables - Gallows

Here's another OC who needs a home. I didn't really bother creating a background for this character because he seems like one of those characters who can fit in to a lot of places, so I figured I'd let whoever takes him decide his background. Let me know if you want him and, as always, friends get first priority. Oh and sorry about the coloring, it's a mixture of me failing to color well and my printer failing to scan it well.
