Very good, but the right (well, her left) arm is a little short, and the chest/stomach is a little on the chubby side (sorry, but in my opinion, she looks way anorexic on the show)  The legs are almost flawless and the feet are beautifully drawn.  The eye looks very cold indeed, but the Terra's chin is much more pointed for some odd reason.  And I do agree, even though she can seem like a dumb idiot, I'd have to say she is one of my favorite characters (my favorite is Slade, but to pick on in stories is definitely Robin).  This picture is very good despite all of the things I pointed out--the shine on the metal part and the shading are well placed.  One more thing I noticed as I take a last glance is the hair.  The majority is awesome except the bangs are to straight.

Well, I don't know anything about teen Titans. In fact, Teen Titans are not here in Portugal! I have Cartoon Network on my T.V. too, but Teen Titans haven't arrived here yet, you know what I mean ?
Anyway, it looks cool.
