Description
Just two of the beautiful models/friends of Alex Evans. He's the founder and owner of a brand of popular scene apparel line called Heartbreaker Clothing (heartbreakerclothing.net).
Go check him out if you adore modern style portrait photography. He implements the principles and elements of design so well. Truly a visionary.
here's his deviant gallery:
http://saturdayx.deviantart.com/ (i apologize if the link doesn't work. i say copy and paste)
And believe it or not, he's only 18 or so! I admire His entrepenurial success at such a young age: his designs are printed on American Apparel (luvi it!), beautiful models, and his merchandise is shipped WORLDWIDE (founded in Canada)!
i'm jealous.
I wanted to put in the third model for the photograph labeled "heartbreaker clothing 2", but didn't have enough room, so she'll be featured in another sketch by herself :)
The basis of these sketches were to test out a new technique of drawing for myself. It's a founding concept for all visual artists that may have learned it during art classes, but, I never had the chance to take art class outside of public school during elementary and middle school (crucial years of artistic development for me), so I was never "formally" trained. It's okay though, I say I'm still doing pretty good for no formal art education :D
oops! sorry for the size of the picture and contrast. I just recently bought a new MFP, the Canon Pixma MX310 (walked in Office Depot with the intention of buying ink for my Dell and instead came out with a whole new printer... printer collecting is a bad habit to form...)
as soon as I figure out how to resize it on the PC (yes, can do it with PS, but I'm too lazy right now to pick up my macbook), I'll edit it.
peace
