Kuroko: The Tainted Hitokiri

Here's another Disgaea character I made up for my fic:

Name: Kuroko

Titles: Tainted Hitokiri, Universal Traitor

Age: 1666 (Before 'death')

Role in fic: Setsuna's demonic summon spirit. Is also considered some sort of rival to Etna.

Relationships: Setsuna (Forced 'master'), Chiriko (angelic 'partner'), Etna (Rival/Crush?)

Weapon of choice: Shinakusatsu (His demonic katana), Kokuhebi-ato (Black Serpent Scar). In battle, Kuroko uses his immense speed and Hitokiri Yami Ryuu sword techniques to annihilate his opponents. Because of this, he doesn't use his special attacks too often. When he does,however, he makes sure that they count.

Personal History: Seeking vengance against the Overlord's general who destroyed his village, Kuroko made a devious pact that was marked by the scars on his face, chest, and of course, his left arm. In return, he gained a power so tainted that once unleashed, it meant instant death. With this in mind, he killed off the general, but soon learned that it was an order from the Netherworld's Overlord in order to compete with Celestia. Seeing the tension between the two as both a useless battle and an opportunity, Kuroko created an underground army that would silently sneak into both worlds and cause chaos, while pinning the blame on both worlds. Soon, this brought in the Great Betrayal, a time of great terror and malice. As each side began to lose it's numbers, more beings sided with Kuroko, and the two worlds were forced to use human mercenaries from Earth. Kuroko waited for one of the two worlds to weaken. Seeing the opportunity that taking over Celestia had, Kuroko took their first true charge into the gates of Celestia, where he confronted Chiriko and fought the angel until Setsuna came to save him. By the end of the battle, Kuroko's body was no more, but Setsuna sealed his spirit into the scarred cross of his double cross, making a deal with Kuroko: if he helped him unite the worlds and got along with him and Chiriko, then by the time Setsuna's pact wears off, Kuroko will be set free and live once again. Seeing that he didn't want to stay as a spirit, Kuroko groaned and took the offer. After thousands of years, Kuroko has slightly softened to the point where he has had a slight crush. His stubborn attitude and his rage, however, has never left.
