Hello there. Firstly, I'd like to say that your avatar is freaking amazing. I'm just speechless, haha. Secondly, I'll comment on the pic. As far as constructive criticism goes, I'd suggest that you be careful with your eyes. If you look closely, you'll see that his eye isn't pointing in the same direction as the rest of his face, as it would in real life. I'm not sure whether you did that on purpose, but it's something to look out for. Otherwise, wonderful job. I can imagine the water so that's good enough, haha. This might sound odd but you did a very good job on the shoulders. Not a lot of people can draw upper arms well. Unless they're like proffesional upper arm drawe-ers or something like that... But that would be strange. ^^
