now that u menioned it,i thinkit is.lol.I was trying to follow the sailormoon manga style of drawing.I admire the works very much.Please look foward to more of my works in October,where i get off school :)

I most certainly can be kind.

This choice of a shaded monochrome is well-supported by the movement of hair and clothing here, and by the pose. That is to say, the figure itself is somewhat dream-like, and the blue suits it well. Her left (our right) hand could use work: the angle of her wrist does not follow the line of her arm. Of course, this is an easy mistake to make when drawing sleeves that are loose at the wrist. The flow of the cloth of her top is well-captured and belieavable, and in perfect agreement with that of her hair: it is not uncommon to see hair whipped will-ye nill-ye by some gale while clothing appears to be ruffled by some apricil breeze. The hair in its own right is very nicely drawn. The face is also quite beautiful - you clearly have a certain talent for eyes.
