Hey! You want constructive comments huh? Well i'll give it a shot. The body proportions definatly need a little work. The chest area seems to be at a strange angle (I find it hard to do it right aswell so I wouldn't worry) Also I think that it might help if you tried shading certain areas so it gives off more of a shape than it is now. Her hair is very good for the style you have drawn it in but again I think a little bit of darker colour would help alot! The eyes have brilliant detail in them and the whole face (In my opinion) is very good! You have very good proportion skills for faces. I think the main things you could work on to make it a little better is just to shade and work on body proportions. Apart from that it's another great piece of work. ;)
