history:
   When she was 10 she dishonored the Uchiha clan and was shunned into the wilderness. Sasuke was about 6 when this happen so he didn't understand why she was shunned. This was a few years before Itachi killed every Uchiha excepted for Sasuke, but had forgotten about the shunned Tyro. Sasuke sees her when he is 15 and barley remembers her. He would have killed her if he had not found out that she was his sister.
