I must agree with Stratadrake with the jeans. Perhaps make a hem line? like the jeans were manufactured with a sown tail hole? I’ve never seen a ct like this, it’s pretty unique. Maybe try and draw it in a different style? I am curious as to how you would do with another medium, other than computer or such.
Perhaps try more styles? Other than anime? There is a whole world out there and many different things…
But all in all this picture is… alright- maybe cute.

Ah, another example of the average cat-person, eh? Well, a bit better than average perhaps. You did a great job on the CG shading and a few other little details, like the design on the shirt and the fur in the ears. And the tread pattern on the shoes too!<br /><br />
There's only one thing I can find to complain about and that's the jeans. They seem basically a pair of <i>human</i> jeans worn by a creature with a tail. Where does a tail fit in a pair of jeans anyway? And how would you design one with that in mind? Try it as a thinking exercise, even if your semi-cel style doesn't need small concerns such as it.
