Description
I got paint.net (free programme), drew sparkster from scratch, if anyone wants to use this pic as an avatar let Me know.
I'm not sure if sparkster vs arthur from ghouls and ghosts is still happening on screw attack but that's what partly inspired Me to draw sparkster like this, again I drew this from scratch on tablet instead of drawing, scanning the pic then going over the pic like I used to.
I blurred the image, sharpened it, used glow on it, noise and whatnot to make it look as anime as possible.
Time 3 hours.
