That is awesome! People at Neopets seem to pick pictures that are too good for hte contest winners. I think they're afraid to pick something that's different from all those cutesy, brightly colored chibis. But anyway, I love her outfit and the roses around the hood. Thats amazing Ilove the detailed roses on the hem of her hood, they are so pretty.
