Description

this is jonny my evil brother. the master of all dragons, except ones that are already owned by other people. is a genius. creates his own inventions. owns his own mountain on the coast of china. mastery of the dragon master arts, meaning he knows a bit of martial arts, and is the only one that can use them. works with two acomplises and later highers a third. for some reason wants to destroy croc. holds the highest rank in villain standards. other villians want to take his title and others look up to him. his motto: "today crocodile town tomorrow the world!" (not a permanant motto) yeah you may have heard that cheasy line before, but hey, why not?
