there's an explaination to this. well you all know fullmetal alchemist right? well i decided to put my characters in the place of edward and alphonse elric. croc and sam takayama. well instead of sam getting put inside a body of armor he gets put in a stuffed electric zeon. the bracer on his left wrist is to keep his soul in. the blood seals on it. that's pretty much it.
