I really hope I got the colors right on this guy. Anyway, this is a Planet Jacker from Invader Zim. They only appeared a couple of times in the series, which made me sad. Anyway, this is from the scene where he's explaining why they're stealing Earth to throw it into their sun. "This one gonna burn real good. Lotsa critters, critters burn good..." Hence the title.
