This was originally going to be some Kakashi (Aweomest ninja ever) fanart, but it turned into a ripoff partway through. Does that make me a bad person?

Anyway, this is a new Sly Cooper fanchar of mine: Nondokure Ichiro-Estez. (It's easier to just call him "Nondo," though.) He was born into quite an unusual family: his mother, a Japanese citizen, was a Tanuki raccoon. His father, an American, was a desert scorpion. His parents met in the late 60s. Although they're married, they live separately mainly due to Japan's red-tape-clogged citizenship applications. Nondo lived most of his life with his mom, seeing his dad on holidays. Today, in some mountain palace just outside of Kyoto, Nondo's family and his followers live together. Nondo's skills as a ninja are unquestionably real, but his greater skills lie in the supernatural. That's right; he's a cunning spiritual man.
Funny thing is, he's not very moral. Rarely does a day go by when he doesn't happen to do something wild and/or stupid. (He claims, and later this is confirmed, that his wild nature comes from his mom's side of the family. Rumor has it, his grandfather is the one who turned the Triads and the Yakuza against each other.) On one unfortunate night, he got into a drinking contest at an inn and ended up falling asleep with a chopstick in his hand. He had a very major vision problem with his left eye the next day. For a week and a half, he got along without it. Until one strangely fatal day, he found a nice replacement washed up on a nearby beach. This replacement eye was not only steel, but seemed to stare into people like they tried to hypnotize. Nondo apparently saw no problem with this, though. He took the eye and inserted it into where his left one used to be. A week or so later, the newfound eye had literally grown on him, and now it works as a second eye, but has the unfortunate side effect of causing those who look at it to walk away in a temporary zombie-like state, among other strange things. Fortunately, his headband does a nice job of covering it up, so no worries!
Since he is part scorpion, he's got the trademark poison-tipped tail, although his poison is not very strong. It doesn't have the power to kill, but merely induce sleep in his victims. A rather useful skill for a ninja.

Fun Fact: Nondokure's name is actually a combination of the Japanese works "doku" meaning poisonous, and "nondakure" meaning drunk.
