Almighty Tallest Black
background of OC:
he exists in a alternate universe where tallest red and purple mysteriously died, and soon after he became the new tallst. ALOT changed after he became tallest, smeets had to fight a small monster at birth to prove if they are worthy of living, giving birth naturally to a smeet or doing anything wrong results in immediate death. he is obsessed with the Alien for some reason, and has a history with them as well. he wants zim dead and didnt hesitate to put a bounty on zim's head. he sends most soldiers to get live Aliens for unknown reasons, most just end up dieing.
as a sidenote, he yells...ALOT
if you didnt read all taht, heres a simpler explanation, basically...he lives in alternate universe and he's a bad dude.

yeh it's dumb fac is buggy for some pics maybe you should try resizing it and put the resized version file in palce of the old file under edit pic and update
