Jex, the blue ottsel

The resizing totally killed this picture, but It still looks good. Jex is my newest made up ottsel that's why I drew him. This picture took a day and a half to complete. The idea for his pose came from one of my older images I drew of a puppy,that picture isn't posted on the site. Well, I guess I should put some info about Jex. Here goes..

Markings: Three white bands on each arm, Dark blue around eyes. Dark blue flame marking between eyes. Dark blue dipped ears. Light blue stripes under eyes.
Clothes/stuff: Black collar with a gold charm that has his name on it. A pair of black arm bands that he always wears the upper part of his arms. A series of tail bands connected by chains. Black gloves with the Krimzon Guard symbol on them.
Likes: Doughnuts, candy, exploring and causing trouble.
Dislikes: Blood thirsty pshycos, people who steal his doughnuts, and being asked "Why are you blue?"
Last Seen: Teasing the Krimzon guards near the stadium section.
History: Once human, Jex was sent out to find a well of dark eco for the Baron. For what? No one knows...but Jex did it for the pay. After finding a large supply of dark eco Jex accidentally fell into it and was spat out as an ottsel. After a total freak out and a bit of adjusting to his ottsel form, he returned to the Baron and explained what had happened. The Baron didn't believe Jex and sent him away. Rejected, Jexith roams the streets of haven city. He is often caught teasing the krimzon guards or stirring up harmless trouble.
