Whee another Teen Titan OC! Novahi! (pronounced No-Vah-He)<br />
My style made him look a bit like one of my other characters Zain..but oh well..<br />
Novahi is a villain not a hero! He's got powers over snow and any type of light thus the multi-colored brightness that is surrounding his fist in the picture.<br />
