I know what you're thinking! This picture is of a dragon or a leaper from the Jak3 game right? WRONG WRONG WRONG! This is a SNOWY WINGED RAPTOR! Novahi's partner in crime. This raptor has wings for arms, and fur! Yes, I did say fur XD His name is Snowbane! his snout isn't too raptor-ish but eh oh well. The background is an icy wasteland with some water.
