I'd recomend trying to smooth out your line work a little...it's very skratchy, wich doesn't look right in manga and anime style art. <br />

I noticed you tried to ink another picture but had pen troubles...I've found that Sakura Pigma Micron size 01 is a realy easy pen to work with. they're three bucks each, but they last pretty long if you aren't too rough on them. Unlike most drawing pens they don't blot and the tip doesn't frey. That might help you out. ^-^
