I know I haven't submitted anything in quite some time, so here is somethin' I whipped up. n mThis is Kiko Hatake when he comes back. He is in his Black Ops uniform and is about to strike an oncomming enemy. He is aiming and will strike with his right arm. The attack is called Blood-Stained Chidori, one of his newest moves he learns on his next journey.
P.S. Used Prisma colored pencils and a ultra fine tip sharpie for outline. ^_^ Enjoy!
