Although the ear is kind of bothering me... :P
Maybe because you just shaded the inside rather than putting all the folds and depth and stuff... :P
Can I make a suggestion? When you draw a real thing, don't keep the outlines on it. Real things don't have outlines. Make the shading define the object, like the nose. Instead of drawing a thick line to mark the bridge and end of the nose, you could just shade on either side of the nose and just under it and where it curves down to show the shape of the nose. :)
And don't shade on the top of the nose because then it makes it look flat. :)
