Lol, I had a feeling someone was going to ask me this. ^^; I'll be glad to tell you. <br /><br />
Well, I usually use Psp 8 for the eyes. To get the shiny effect I use the Lighten/Darken Brush ( Its under the dddge brush ) Then I highlight it, to make it even shinier with the Saturation Up/Down. Its in the same list with the Lighten/Darken Brush. I really hope that helps. ^^;
