I can't get enough of this Ctarl-Ctarl beauty! Thanks to shadowthehedgehog for getting me into Outlaw Star because I have fallen in love with it!<br />
Anyway, about the sketch, it was done with Tachikawa pen and took me around 30-45mins. Something isn't right but I still love how the face came out. She looks so mischievous!
