Outlined in pencil, followed by inking, then coloured with markers and pencils.

Ooohh, haha, that's how I imagined Scarecrow. Very cool; I like the details and colouring. :)

Thanks!! I always pictured him a bit cheeky, but at the same time innocent, as is character implies. x3
