Hong Kong Phooey Kick

I found a really nifty way to bypass all the dregs of creating images. I was able to create this picture from scratch in about an hour. If you use thick dark lines on textureless paper, you can usually eliminate all of the noise with a computer art program. I only spent 20 minutes on the computer working on this pic.
