Description

Well I'm going to dedicate this to HrShiKi5s Because she helped me out when I first came to Fan art...And she wanted me to draw a picture of Yusuke or Hiei (Yu Yu Hakusho) but I never actually got around to it TT,TT so I hope this will do even if you don't know who he is. On a different note I am really happy with this pic it was drawn on MSP O.o; yes MSP! The background took quite awhile. And I'm very proud of it! So please don’t kill me!
