hehe... Everyone was pretty shocked at 9/11; most remember exacly where they were and what they were doing when they first saw it on TV or heard about it. hehe... Anyways, I'm assuming the guy is some kidn of uber American person? I rather like the design on his outfit and the folds in his cape look wonderful! Good use of wind effects ^^ I also like his hair.
