It's nice. It's a colored piece. And whether you like or don't like the pencils... it's a step in the right direction. Don't shy away from color. I did for a long time...and it's hurt me... a bit.Anyway...course I'd like it a lot more if it were a cat girl ;) But's its nice nonetheless.

Hehehe, cool. Are you a fan of Naruto, by any chance? This reminds me of the ninja style from that series... Hm. The sword is up a bit high - I'd imagine something heavy like that to sit lower on his back. But that could just be me being picky.
