Thanks, I realy can't take any credit for the compision, since it so closely folows gabes work. 
 
I had a long talk with my bf about this pic, who thinks the results are mixed at best. He made some good points. One being that the pose lacks tension. 
 
He pointed out that alot of the difficulty in my more cartoony drawings stems from my understanding of the figures in them being anotmy based, not geomtry based. 
 
I think he's right if I'm ever going to get anywhere in the 'woony' style, I have to start studying the relationships of the shapes in my drawings. And more importantly in other peoples drawings. 
 
so much to learn in one life time.
