New Fan-Character!-Whiskas

This is Whiskas, Cuddles' crazy older brother. (1 yr. difference)
 
Whiskas thinks he can fly. One day Whiskas put on fake lil bat-like wings and tried to fly and of course he failed XP Then when he was walking home he ran into some guy who was carrying some type of toxic liquid. Some of the liquid got on Whiskas' back and the fake wings mutated in to his back. He now has the ability to move, flap, of feel anything with his "wings". The only think he can't do its fly. But he didn't mind that. Every now and then he would run of cliffs and hills and try to fly but it all ends in disaster! Cuddles and Bunndles sometimes say "I don't know him" cuz he does stupid things to embarrass them XP. Overall Whiskas is one crazy wabbit @_@
