Holland, the Harry Potter fan character

This is Holland, my first fan character ever. He's a Harry Potter fan character to be exact. He's an exchange student from America, and has been put in the Slytherin house. Is is evil? No. He's just very talented. Only a second year, he can already do amazing spells past his age...Unfortunately, he's still a goofy kid at heart. He's also a little confused on this wizarding stuff...instead of an owl, he has a penguin, which he named Hubert. Needless to say...he's not the pride of Slytherin...
Oh, and I know his uniform isn't very accurate...he's just sort of a design so to speak just yet...
