Aw, poor Thirteen. The Bartholoian justice system sucks. Anyway, he was charged for (suprise, surprise) vandalism and found guilty. Anyway, it was ten lashes or two days in a pillory (that device he's locked in), so to save his skin, Thirteen chose the pillory. Now he's wondering which one really was the lesser of the two evils...
